Free US shipping on orders $125+. Ships in 1–2 business days from LA. All sales are final — these are personal care goods, so we can't take them back once they ship. If something arrives wrong or damaged, reach out and we'll make it right.
Hot-weather note: our butters are whipped, and heat can deflate them in transit — same amount of product, less fluff. In summer we ship Monday–Wednesday only, on 3-day-or-faster service, and hold shipments during heat waves. Watch your tracking and bring the box in quickly.
