We're a tiny team hand-making everything in LA. Here's exactly how it works once you smash that checkout button.
Shipping — the honest timeline
Everything is whipped, poured, and packed by hand in our LA workshop. Orders ship within 1–2 business days — unless the weather says otherwise (see below).
Orders over $125 get free US shipping. International friends: we love you, but shipping's on you — rates show at checkout.
Summer heat holds (aka why your tracking hasn't moved)
Our butters are whipped clouds, and delivery trucks are ovens. June through September we ship Monday–Wednesday only, and if the forecast at your address tops 95°F, we hold your order for a cooler window. That's us protecting your fluff, not us ignoring you.
If something arrives melted anyway: fridge it for an hour, give it a stir — same product, slightly less drama. Still sad? Email us.
Returns — we literally can't
All sales are final. These are personal care goods — once they ship, we can't restock or resell them, and you wouldn't want us to. What we can do: if your order shows up wrong, damaged, or missing something, email us and we'll make it right. Receipts (photos) help us move fast.
Free gifts & bundles
Free gifts unlock automatically as your cart grows and price to $0 at checkout — no codes, no hoops. If your cart dips back under a gift's unlock amount, the gift bows out. Bundle discounts apply automatically too, stacking 4+ eligible items for up to 12% off.
